The Principal of Laboratory Schools

  • Supervise instruction in the laboratory schools;
  • Submit required reports to the Office of the Dean;
  • Prepare schedule of classes in coordination with the Dean;
  • Exercise supervision among the faculty members of the laboratory schools;
  • Evaluate faculty performance and submit to the Campus Dean;
  • Conduct classroom visitations/observations at least once a month, hold individual or group conference with faculty members;
  • Supervise maintenance of property and equipment and cleanliness of buildings and surroundings;
  • Recommend faculty members’ leave of absence;
  • Recommend emergency assignments in the absence of faculty member;
  • Recommend disciplinary action of students in coordination with the Office of Student Development Services; and
  • Perform other functions as may be delegated by superiors.
