On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Placement

  • Tap potential linkages for training, placement and on-the-job training of students;
  • Assess the recommended graduates in consultation with concerned Deans and Directors for direct employment;
  • Conduct periodic studies and surveys on manpower needs in the CALABARZON and MARILAQUE areas;
  • Conduct workshops in relation to vocational career paths, job fairs and consultative activities in coordination with the Campus Directors;
  • Coordinate with administrative and academic units on the implementation of the OJT and placement programs;
  • Plan and implement approved programs and projects related to the implementation of on-the-job trainings;
  • Undertake follow-up of graduates and recommend measures for the improvement of the programs;
  • Establish relationships with business an industrial sectors for training of teachers and students;
  • Conduct general performance evaluation of the job immersion program and recommend measures and innovations;
  • Keep –up-to-date records of teachers/students trainees in coordination with the Campus Directors; and
  • Perform other functions as may be delegated by superiors.
