- Administer and supervise the operation and affairs of the Graduate School;
- Plan and implement approved policies, thrusts and programs for the growth and development of the Graduate School;
- Prepare, upgrade and propose curricula and other offerings in the Graduate School;
- Initiate, maintain and evaluate linkages both local and foreign;
- Recommend and assume responsibilities for implementation of academic policies;
- Coordinate with faculty and staff for chairmanships in academic programs;
- Initiate plans, provide assistance and evaluate professional activities in the areas of research, extension, publication and production;
- Enforce the admission, retention and graduation requirements for the students;
- Propose annual budgetary requirements, procurement programs for supplies, materials and equipment of the Graduate School; and
- Perform other functions as may be delegated by the President.
