- Supervise, monitor and evaluate the implementation of the guidance and counselling programs in the University;
- Initiate the upgrading of competencies of the guidance counsellors;
- Coordinate with the Campus Directors in the implementation of the guidance and counselling programs;
- Consolidate reports pertaining to counselling programs;
- Initiate and recommend innovation in the guidance and counselling program of the University; and
- Perform other functions as may be delegated by superiors.
