• Plan and participate in the preparation and consolidation of the budget of the University;
  • Monitor the distribution, allocation and utilization of funds;
  • Coordinate with the Department of Budget and Management and other agencies on the allocation and release of funds of the University;
  • Prepare financial and accountability reports;
  • Analyze the trends of appropriations and expenditures; and,
  • Perform other functions that may be delegated by superiors.
