Office of the Director, Administrative Services

  • Plan, supervise, coordinate and evaluate performance of all administrative sections of the University;
  • Spearhead the preparation of the administrative annual plans;
  • Recommend innovations and policies for effective operations of the university; .
  • Recommend appropriate personnel actions;
  • Prepare administrative orders, circulars and memoranda for proper guidance of employees in the Office; and,
  • Perform other functions that may be delegated by superiors.
