- Oversee the management of the unit and its component;
- Consult and work closely with all concerned stakeholders and offices on matters related to international development and special programs;
- Report and recommend to the University President matters related to international development and special programs;
- Initiate projects related to international development and special programs; and
- Perform other functions as may be delegated by the University President.
