The implementation of best agricultural practices is the central theme of the three-day training and capacitates the Farm Workers on the implementation of different agricultural practices, trends, applicable technologies, and farm management for both crops and animals. The Farm Workers and field staff are the front liners on the different Projects and are equipped with appropriate knowledge and skills in the principles of high-value vegetables, land preparation, soil management, fertilization, organic agriculture, hydroponics, BIG-GAP approach, integrated pest management (IPM), post-harvest technology, poultry and livestock management, feed preparation and formulation and as well as field demonstration.
