How to Claim Pass Slip and Confirm Slot in URS Admission

I. How to Claim Your Pass Slip

STEP 1: Visit http://110.93.74.76 and LOGIN your Application ID and LRN.

STEP 2: Click the PRINT PASS SLIP button located at the top right side of the page.

STEP 3: Input your Application ID and LRN then click the VALIDATE button. Please wait for the system to generate your PASS SLIP in pdf format.

II. How to Confirm Your Slot
