52 Passes Mech’l Eng Licensure

The College of Engineering at URS Morong Campus demonstrated academic excellence with 52 passers in the Mechanical Engineering licensure examination held on February 20-22.

Of 6,770 examinees, 4,458 passed the licensure examination, resulting in a 65.85% nationwide passing rate. The University of Rizal System garnered 52 passers or 59.77% overall performance.

On March 1, the 52 passers; the Campus Director, Dr. Xenia Canale; and the College Dean, Engr. Michael Pascua; the Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering Program Head, Engr. Jakki Stacy Wayne Serra; and Mechanical Engineering faculty member Engr. Lean Jo Anievas met the University President, Dr. Nancy Pascual, at the Audio Visual Education Center (AVEC) for a courtesy call.
