Capitalizing on how Gender and Development Program in the University has helped reshape the ways and processes that have been influencing the perspective of people in the workplace, the GAD champion of the University, Dr. Wilhelmina P. Masinsin with the GAD Campus Heads pushed the successful conduct and collaboration on advocacy programs and projects that color and inspire support in the name of empowering people towards equitable, sustainable, free from violence and respectful of human rights practices.
