The breadth, as well as excellence of every research, is not accomplished in isolation. It takes intensive cooperation across borders, institutions, disciplines, and conscious efforts of all stakeholders.
URS through the team of Engr. Romeo C Pati was indeed blessed to win the trust and confidence of stakeholders that established cooperative support in the name of research development. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) through the Manila Bay Site Coordinating and Management Office topped the map as a counterpart in the conduct of River Profiling in Binangonan, Teresa, and Taytay, Rizal.
