With the belief that Capability or Capacity Training initiatives increase productivity in the workplace, the RDEP Division spear-headed the conduct of Writeshop on the Conceptualization of Research Proposals in the Different Fields of Specialization last April 12, 20, 26 and 29, and May 6 and 13, 2023. Engr. Isidro Antonio V. Marfori III covered the writeshop for the Engineering and Technology cluster while Dr. Rommel U. Briones handled the writeshop with the Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Sciences group and Dr. Ferdinand Bulusan has taken maneuver among the Education, Humanities and Social Sciences cluster.
The Writeshop provided all the participants with a renewed spirit and enthusiasm in the conduct of researches which are significantly interesting and anchored on the thrusts of the national government and funding institutions like PCIEERD, PCAARD, STCIERD and many others.
With increased level of capacity or capability of researchers, the institution is certainly coming up with package researches as a result of a more defined research priorities that can possibly impact policy change as well as a more defined set of actions in the name of research and development.
