2023 ONLINE AIHR SET THE TONE FOR THE UNIVERSITY EXTENSION CHAMPIONS

In the university’s quest for quality and excellence, it ensures that all its undertakings related to the four-fold functions have passed thorough reviews prior to implementation.

In the RDEP Extension Services Unit, the projects pass through an evaluation of external/internal experts so that compliance with the requirements of the university will be guaranteed. This also provides an opportunity to enrich the papers in terms of activities for execution, format and style, future plans, and other significant components. The proponents of the completed project are required to present the extension paper output for review/evaluation and to submit a completely packaged terminal report while in the case of new proposals, the same shall be subjected for examination of experts and the final package will be recommended through the

University Extension Advisory Committee for possible funding and approval by the University President. The Agency InHouse Review is therefore vital in addressing the concerns not only on the aspect of integrating vital project components, strategies of implementation and form and style but also in looking at how they will be contributory to sustainable development targets and community empowerment.

On July 14, 2023, this year’s First Agency In-House Review of Extension Projects was held via an online platform with two (2) completed projects namely:
