Paul Erickson Boado, a Third-Year Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSE) major in English student from URS Morong, successfully passed the highly competitive Ayala Young Leaders Congress (AYLC) application process and was selected as one of the 31 participants nationwide. In addition to his academic pursuits, Boado actively serves the student body as Auditor of the English Enthusiast Educators, Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Stewardship Organization, and a member of Inrayog de Moro, demonstrating his sustained commitment to leadership and service.

The AYLC is a prestigious leadership development program of the Ayala Foundation that seeks to hone the country’s most promising college student leaders. Through a rigorous national screening process, the program identifies only the most outstanding candidates. This year, 31 students were chosen from approximately 1,700 applicants, underscoring the highly selective nature of the program.

Boado’s achievement reflects his leadership potential, academic discipline, and dedication to excellence. His success brings distinction to the University of Rizal System and further affirms the University’s commitment to developing leaders who excel both within and beyond the classroom.
