The University admissions for AY 2023-2024 opened its online registration last February 1, followed by a screening of submitted documents, interviews, and examinations. The student applicants who qualified were scheduled to enroll in the first week of July. By August 7, the University opened its first day of classes for the academic year.

In comparison with AY 2022, there is a percentage increase among the campuses such as Angono, Antipolo City, Cardona, Pililla, Tanay, and Taytay. Although there is a decrease in the number of student enrollees in Binangonan, Cainta, Morong, and Rodriguez/ Montalban campuses, the overall enrollees of the University increased by a total of 0.35%, garnering over 25,000 student enrollees for this academic year.
