Mr. Ricky A. Ulep paved his way as a utility worker until becoming an administrative aide. A graduate of Bachelor of Technology major in Drafting, he was the man in production costing and pricing, visual merchandise, landscaping and layout. He is responsible, performs well and does his work with less supervision thus earning him the Outstanding Staff Award.
