Prof. Arnulfo D. Estrabo manifested genuine interest to public service. A prolific professor and community servant, he was the president of Rotary Club of Lakeshore Rizal for the year 2015 – 2016 during which he prepared project proposals to help the people in the community. Some of his notable projects are Operation Smile, a free surgery for persons with harelip and cleft palate, medical and dental missions for persons with disability (PWD), gift-giving programs for the elderly, orphans and the indigents, blood donation projects, lecture-forum on disaster awareness and preparedness and participation in school and community cultural activities which are revelations of his commitment to serve the public thus earning him this Exemplary Behavior Award being responsive to the public.
As a public employee, Dr. Florencia V. Bautista performs and discharges her duties with the highest degree of excel-lence, professionalism, intelligence and skill. She has shown utmost devotion and dedication to duty as a Professor having developed herself professionally and having earned the admiration and trust of her co-workers and students. Prof. Bautista is a registered guidance counselor, a Psychology professor and an Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines, Inc. (AACCUP) accreditor.
