The best student research projects and feasibility studies for 2019 in the College Level were recently chosen in the 9th University Student Research Congress held at the University of Rizal System – Morong campus on February 27.
The awardees follow:
Best descriptive research is “Level of Health Risk Assessment of Arsenic in Milkfish (Chanos chanos Forskaal) Cultured in West Bay of Laguna Lake” by Lowell Bardos from URS – Tanay Campus. Best developmental research is “Performance of Suction-type Paddy Aspirator” by Anthony Marigondon also from Tanay. Best experimental research is “Comparative Efficiency of Modified and Traditional Fish Pot” by Reynold Lista, James Patrick Nolasco, Vreth Dave Gonzaga and Arvin Troy Din of Cardona. Best feasibility study is “Production of Dog Food from Chicken Nails in Cainta, Rizal” by Anjelica Parquez, Melady Charina Cequeña and Derick Losende from Binangonan Campus.
Research advisers are Engr. Romeo Pati for the best descriptive and developmental researches. Prof. Alex Pili and Prof. JLover Trinidad served as advisers for the best experimental research and best feasibility study, respectively.
