Dr. Leo Rio, faculty, URS – Morong, was adjudged Outstanding College Faculty while Dr. Emma Linga, director, Office of Extension Services, grabbed the Outstanding Head in the 2017 Guronasyon search for outstanding faculty, administrators and technical-vocational instructors.
A musician by heart, Dr. Rio is a prolific faculty, a well-published researcher and an implementor of various extension programs approved by the University.
Dr. Linga, University Director for Extension, on the other hand, handles the many extension programs and projects implemented by URS. A former dean and program head, she has also presented research and extension results here and abroad.
