Dr. Leo C. Rio showed academic competence, dedication and passion to serve as shown by his high performance ratings, developed instructional materials and leadership inside and outside of the academe. His distinction as researcher, extension program implementer, resource speaker, coach, trainer, composer, community and church worker attest to this.
Dr. Rio is a recipient of various research and extension awards, a Guronasyon 2017 awardee and URS Presidential Merit recipient in the 2017 PRAISE.
