On June 7, 2016, Dr. Canapi led the blessing of the newly-renovated University Audio-Visual Center of the University at URS Morong Campus. The said event was witnessed by several campus directors and RDEP directors. Likewise during the foundation day of Morong High School last August 16, 2016, Dr. Canapi led the inauguration of the 3-storey S&T Building at URS Morong together with VP for Admin and Finance Dr. Pascual and College of Engineering Faculty led by Dean Bautista.
The details of other completed and ongoing physical facility improvement projects the biggest of which are the 3-storey 12-classroom College of Science Building in Morong campus and 3-storey 9-classroom College of Science and Education Building in Tanay Main Campus amounting to eighteen million three hundred twenty-five thousand six hundred fifty-eight (P18,325,658.82) and sixteen million ninety-four thousand seven hundred ninety-nine (P16,094,799.04)respectively and shown in table below is the list of completed and on-going projects with their corresponding amount.
