Having met the Maturity Level 2 in the Performance Management System, the University of Rizal System has been awarded a certificate of recognition by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
The CSC Certificate No. RO4-PM-2022-11-009 was awarded on November 16, 2022, online. The face-to-face recognition rites were held at the CSC Regional Office, Quezon City, on January 23, 2023.
The Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME – HRM) of the CSC was implemented to promote people excellence for efficient and effective public service delivery. PRIME-HRM utilizes a maturity levels/ indicators model showing progressive levels with indicators per level for each core HRM system – recruitment, selection, and placement; learning and development; performance management; and, rewards and recognition. The PRIME – HRM maturity levels for the four core HRM systems consist of: Maturity Level 1: Transactional HRM, Maturity Level 2: Process – Defined HRM, Maturity Level 3: Integrated HRM, and, Maturity Level 4: Strategic HRM. ~ abc
