For the Machine Category, The University of Rizal System’s PowerSMOKE: Portable Cold Smoking Device by Prof Jerry C. Esperanza made the cut and be part of the 26 Technologies Competing for the Best Technology.
PowerSMOKE is a portable cold smoking device for processing/smoking meat and fish products utilizing different organic fuel materials. The device is adaptable to varied types of smoking chambers and can be utilized anytime and anywhere you want it.
