The significance of research and extension services cannot be understated and so an avenue such as the 17th RDEP Congress paves the way to present and share the scholarly outputs and contributions of the dynamic researchers and extension implementers of the University. With the presentation of 13 researches and 4 extension papers during the 17th RDEP Congress held last August 30, 2023 via Zoom, the University is undoubtedly making a way to bridge better breakthroughs for the benefit of various stakeholders of the University. Rio labels “The RDEP Champions.”
The 17th RDEP Congress was favorably graced by the presence of highly esteemed evaluators in the persons of Dr. Elaine Rose G. Nachon of Laguna State Polytechnic University, Dr. Emerson G. Aliswag of Trinity University of Asia, Dr. Nicanor Guinto of Southern Luzon State University, Prof. Mary Yole D. Ruedas of Occidental Mindoro State College, Dr. Ma. Cielito G. Siladan of DOST Forest Products and Research Development Institute and Dr. Ma. Theresa R. Aggabao of Isabela State University who served as evaluators of papers for research and extension papers. The panel of expert evaluators objectively evaluated the papers and congratulated the University for the valuable presence of faculty researchers and extensionists who evidently have grown in their hearts dedicated service in terms of research development and extension implementation. President Nancy T. Pascual conveyed her sincerest appreciation to all who supported and collaborated.
