A total of 51 newly promoted faculty members and non-teaching staff have officially taken their Oath of Office and attended their onboarding program as part of the 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resources Actions (ORA-OHRA) at the Audio-visual Education Center (AVEC) URS-Morong, Morong, Rizal on October 20.
The oath-taking program began with welcome remarks from D r. Marvin Amoin, Vice President for Administration and Finance, followed by the congratulatory message of Dr. Allan Conde, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and the administration of oath by Dr. Nancy Pascual, University President, and Dr. Nelson Gonzales, Director of Office of Administrative Services.
Prof. Clarissa Marino, the Supervising Administrative Officer and Head of the Accounting Unit, explained the employee benefits. At the same time, the University Human Resource personnel Jerwin Patangui, Dalia Joy Llanes, Irish Albos, and John Joseph Ojascastro discussed the recruitment, s election, procedure, probationary period, requirements for appointment preparation, learning and development procedures, and performance management system.
