Faculty, Staff, Students Showcase Talents in ‘URS Got Talent’

One of the highlights of the 21st Founding Anniversary celebration of the University of Rizal System is the much awaited URS Got Talent.

The competition is participated by the faculty, staff, and students of the university.

The students competed in Pop Solo contest. Ms. Cherrly Dimaguya of URS Binangonan Campus was proclaimed as champion in the student category. Ms. Robeilyn A. Paunelfa of URS Antipolo Campus and Ms. Aira  Gladys Signar of Taytay Campys placed 2nd and 3rd, respectively.

After the student edition, the faculty and staff followed in the Vocal Solo competition. Mr. Andrew P. Arabit of Binangonan Campus placed as champion. He was followed by Mr. Christian Russel P. Rones of Morong Campus in 2nd place and Prof. Ariel B. Anievas in 3rd place.

Meanwhile, in the Group dance edition, nine teams from the different campuses competed. The Delta Movers of URS Morong Campus won the first place. They were followed by Hiyas ng URSAC of URS Antipolo Campus in 2nd place and URS Tanay Hane of Tanay Campus in 3rd place.

All winners received certificate of recognition and cash prize.
