Dr. Marita R. Canapi presents the FY Budget of the University of Rizal System to the Regional Budget Review on February 3, 2016 at THE Monte Vista Resorts in Calamba, Laguna.
President Canapi presented to the Regional Budget Review the proposed FY 2017 Budget of the University on February 3, 2016 at Monte Vista Resort in Calamba, Laguna. She also proposed three priority infrastructure projects which are included in the 3-year Rolling Investment Plan of the University which was approved by the Board of Regents on December 22, 2015. The panel composed of Department of Budget and Management, National Economic Development Authority, Department of Science and Technology and private sector representatives expressed their full support in the proposed projects particularly the Autotronics Innovation and Training Center because this project will directly benefit the car manufacturing industry which is one of the biggest contributors of growth and employment in the region.
