Contextualizing a working environment that truly serves as functional support in the name of Intellectual Property-related operations, the need to come up with standards through the existence of Approved Protocols and policies becomes highly imperative. It basically served as the main consideration of Dr. Leo C. Rio, Head, IPO, in the development and presentation of the URS-Technology Transfer Protocol and URS-Intellectual Property Policy/ Manual. The first one was given approval by the Board of Regents on March 17, 2022, while the second one was approved on June 20, 2022
