Garcia, Llorera Share Outstanding Staff Award

Celebrating a remarkable career dedicated to public service, Mr. Nathaniel E. Garcia and Mr. Joemer B. Llorera will be recognized as Outstanding Staff in this year’s PRAISE.

Mr. Nathaniel E. Garcia will be recognized as an Outstanding Staff, Level 2. Mr. Garcia’s journey of service began in 2006, and since 2007, he’s been a vital part of the University of Rizal System. Over nearly two decades, he has advanced through various roles, including Campus Secretary, Campus Cashier, and MIS Coordinator, demonstrating versatility and an unwavering commitment to his institution. As Registrar I (Campus Registrar) since 2014, he has been instrumental in managing crucial academic processes, from admissions to graduation.

His accolades further evidence his dedication to excellence as “Most Efficient Staff” in both 2022 and 2023 at URS Taytay. Beyond his formal duties, he has proactively engaged in professional development, attending seminars on crucial topics like registrarship, leadership, cybersecurity, and gender awareness and development.

Additionally, Mr. Garcia holds a Master in Management from the University of Rizal System. He is also a proud alumnus of De La Salle University. He is an active member of professional affiliations like the University, College, and School Registrar Association (UCSRA), where he contributes to the broader academic community.

Equally noteworthy is Mr. Joemer B. Llorera, Farm Worker I, who will get recognized as Outstanding Staff Level 1. He began his service in 2007 as a Job Order employee and was appointed permanent in 2010, moving from Administrative Aide I to Farm Worker I. Throughout his years of service, he has demonstrated hard work, reliability, and dedication in supporting the university’s agricultural programs.

Mr. Llorera has also enriched his expertise by attending various technical trainings, including Swine Production NC II, Crop Production NC II, UPLB Beekeeping Program, Hydroponics, and other seminars on livestock and farm management. His continuous learning and commitment to excellence have made him a valuable member of the institution.  // embr
