The University of Rizal System (URS) is set to honor seven (7) outstanding organizational units with the prestigious Best Administrative Unit Award in the upcoming 2025 Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE).
The award recognizes the top sections, divisions, or offices that have significantly surpassed the university’s performance targets and met rigorous pre-determined criteria, showcasing exemplary service and efficiency.
Three (3) units have earned their Third Citation, a testament to their sustained high-level performance and commitment. They are the Accounting Unit led by Ms. Clarissa Marino, the Intellectual Property Innovation and Technology Support Hub (IP-ITSH) under the direction of Engr. Merie Ann C. Dudang, and the Office of Public Affairs (Information Unit) headed by Dr. Jocelyn L. Gagalang.
The Human Resource Management Unit, guided by Mr. Jerwin V. Patangui, is set to receive its Second Citation.
Three (3) units are celebrating their First Citation, marking their initial recognition for achieving top-tier performance targets. These are the Budget Unit with Ms. Mian N. Francisco at the helm, the Planning Unit headed by Ms. Rose Anne Q. Tiburcio, and the Extension Services Unit led by Dr. Fe Esperanza T. Mateo. //abc
