Masinsin, San Diego, and Castalone Bag Exemplary Behavior Award

Dr. Wilhelmina Masinsin, Prof. Russell May San Diego, and Prof. Bernadette Castalone bagged the Exemplary Behavior Award, which was given on September 27, 2024, at the Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez Tanghalang Sining.

Dr. Masinsin, an Associate Professor V of Morong Campus, was awarded for championing justness and sincerity, while both Prof. San Diego, an Assistant Professor IV in Antipolo City Campus, and Prof. Castalone, also an Assistant Professor IV in Tanay Campus, were awarded for exhibiting professionalism.

They were evaluated based on the quality and consistency of behavioral performance, the impact of their behavior performance on the organization or the public, risk or temptation inherent in their line of work, the obscurity of the position in relation to the degree of performance and extraordinary norm/s they practiced, years of service and other similar circumstances or considerations. Each received a recognition plaque and a Php 10,000.00 financial incentive.

 In addition, they were also nominated to the Civil Service Commission Exemplary Conduct and Ethical Behavior for the Dangal ng Bayan Award.

Other norms that could merit the award of Exemplary Behavior include a commitment to the public interest, political neutrality, responsiveness to the public, nationalism and patriotism, commitment to democracy, and simple living.
