The Office of Public Affairs, in collaboration with the University Human Resource Management Office and the Extension Services Unit, conducted the 8th session of the GROW (Getting Revitalized on Work) Series last August 20 at the Audio-Visual Education Center (AVEC), Morong Campus, and via MS Teams.
With the theme “Enhancing Service Delivery: Fostering Excellence in Academic and Staff Support for an Exceptional Client Experience,” this session featured the topic “Passion and Purpose: Maintaining Quality while Multitasking.”
Resource speaker Ms. Feligia Amabelle P. Cruz shared strategies on staying productive while balancing multiple tasks, inspiring 105 onsite and online attendees to pursue excellence with purpose. The session reinforced the University’s commitment to quality service and employee development through relevant and engaging learning opportunities.
