- The E-Learning Center is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- Reservation is on a first-come first-served basis.
- Each bonafide user may use a slot for a maximum period of one-hour. He/she may renew his/her reservation for another hour (or a fraction of it) but will have to vacate the slot as soon as another user comes to avail of the same.
- Upon registration, present Library ID and current registration card with picture.
- Observe silence and courtesy during stay at the center; headphones are provided for personalized playing of multimedia materials.
- Bags or personal belongings should be left at the counter provided for such purpose.
- Viewing of pornographic materials and playing of video games are not allowed.
- Use of pirated software as well as USB and other similar devices is strictly prohibited.
- Bringing of foods and drinks inside the center is not allowed;
- Sharing the computer unit of others and other paraphernalia assigned to him/her is not allowed.
- Any loss or damaged to any equipment/facility used inside the center shall be the responsibility of the user.
- The URS Administration reserves the right to suspend or cancel the use of facilities if any of the policies has been violated.
- The University of Rizal System may implement additional rules as it may deem necessary.
- In case of problem or technical error in the use of computer, request the assistance of the library IT in –Charge for proper handling.
- Always log-out after navigating the services or before leaving the E-Learning terminal.
