MRS. ANNA MINIA LOURDES C. MARTINEZ is a registered librarian. She is currently holding a College Librarian III position and has been in service for 13 years. She was appointed as the University Librarian in concurrent capacity as Campus Librarian of URS Pililla. She graduated Cum Laude from the Philippine Normal University-Manila with the degree Bachelor of Science in Education Major in Library Science in 2002. She finished her Master of Arts in Library and Information Science at the University of Perpetual Help System Biñan Laguna with the Best in Research Award. She is the co-extensionist of PROJECT READ: Raising Enthusiastic and Active Dwellers which won 3rd place as Best Extension Program of the University in 2019. She is also the recipient of the Most Outstanding Staff Level 2 Category at the 2019 Annual PRAISE Awarding Ceremonies. She is an active member of the Philippine Librarians Association Inc. and the Philippine Association of Academic and Research Librarians. She is into singing during her spare time. She envisions to have technologically advanced/state of the art learning resource centers in all URS Campuses with recognized exemplary service delivery and highly competent and qualified library personnel. She is guided with the virtue of hard work, transparency, and honesty and with the verse of reaping what you sow. |
SHEILA E. RAGUINE, RL |
SHEILA E. RAGUINE is the Campus Librarian of URS Antipolo. She is a registered librarian and currently holds College Librarian I position and has been in service for 5 years. She finished her Bachelor in Library and Information Science at the National Teachers College in 2005 and currently pursuing and completed her academic requirements for Masters in Library and Information Science at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines She is an active member of Philippine Librarians Association Inc., and Rizalenos Librarians Association. Her past time includes playing volleyball, hiking, travelling and gardening. She is guided with her life motto “In everything you do, put God first and He will direct and crown your effort with success”. Employment of competent and qualified library staff and full implementation of library automation were among her development plans. |

Vivian A. Lirio is in the field of librarianship for 21 years. She graduated Bachelor of Library and Information Science in 2000 and Master of Library and Information Science in 2019 from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She worked in STI College, Ortigas-Cainta during the first year of her career. She worked in Adamson University for 20 years, held several positions such as Reference Librarian, Cataloger, Graduate School Librarian and Law Librarian. She is an active member of different library associations like Philippine Librarians Association, Inc. (PLAI), Association of Special Libraries in the Philippines (ASLP) and International Association of Law Libraries (IALL). An officer of the Philippine Group of Law Librarians, Inc. (PGLL) and held various positions like Board of Directors (2012-2013), Secretary (2014-2016), PRO (2017-2018), Vice President (2019-July 2021) and as President (August 2021-December 2021). At present, she serves the organization as Ex-Officio. A recipient of professional development bursary from the IALL that enabled her to attend its annual conference held last July 2016 in Oxford, United Kingdom. Awarded as Model Librarian (June 2017) of the ASLP. Her recent accomplishment was given by the Asia-Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators, Inc. (APCoRE) as one of the 2019 finalists for Best Research Paper (Education Category) for her MLIS thesis. Ms. Lirio loves to sing and bake on her spare time. She believes that “library is a gateway to knowledge” hence she envisions for an innovation-driven library to serve efficiently the entire campus community. |
RHEALYN R. NIMER |
MRS. RHEALYN R. NIMER is the Library-in-charge of Cainta Campus. She currently holds the Administrative Aide I position and has been in service for 12 years. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education Major in Library Science at the University of Rizal System and has earned 18 units in Master of Arts in Education Major in Educational Management at the Tomas Claudio Memorial College. “As a person, you need to be true in everything that you do” is her life motto. She likes to read books, watch TV and listen to music during her free time. She envisions to have a spacious library that can accommodate more researchers with rich collection of printed and updated resources and improved facilities and equipment. |

MRS. CECILIA G. REYES is the Campus Librarian of URS Morong currently holding a College Librarian III position. She is a registered librarian and a licensed teacher and has been in service for 23 years. She graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Filipino in 1993 and earned her Diploma in Professional Librarianship in 2002 at the Rizal State College. She completed her Masters in Education Major in Library Science at the National Teachers College. A University loyalty awardee and the current President of the Rizaleos Librarians Association, she is also an active member of Philippine Librarians Association Inc. and Southern Tagalog Regions Librarians Council She likes to bake during her spare time. Her life motto is that “You cannot give what you do not have”. Her dream is to have a fully equipped library with competent personnel and information technology-driven to adhere to the mission and vision of the University. |
ALEILI T. BOLIRE, RL, LPT |
MRS. ALEILI T. BOLIRE is the Graduate School Librarian in Morong Campus. She is a registered librarian and a licensed teacher. She currently holds an Instructor III position and has been in service for 36 years. She finished her Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English with specialization in Library Science in 1986 and earned 27 units in Masters of Arts in Education major in Library Science at the Philippine Normal University-Manila. She is an active member of the Philippine Librarians Association. Her life motto is "Whatever you do, do it with quality, not quantity". She envisions having a virtual library in the future. |

PROF. ANALYN M. TANAWAN is a registered librarian and a licensed teacher. She is the Laboratory School Librarian in Morong Campus and currently holds an Assistant Professor II position and has been in service for 15 years. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Management at the University of Rizal System in 2000 and Master of Library and Information Science at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2012. She is on her road to completing her Doctor of Philosophy at the Rizal Technological University with 42 units earned. She is an active member of the Philippine Librarian’s Association Inc. and the Rizalenos Librarians Association. She loves to watch movies during her free time. “The way you must go must be your decision” is her life motto. She envisions “a digital library that will remain flexible and will continue to provide exemplary service to its users” |

MA. NESSET DJ ALEJANDRO is the Person-in-Charge of the Electronic Resource Center in Morong Campus Library. She currently holds an Administrative Aid I position and has been in service for 4 years. She finished her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Our Lady of Fatima University in 2015. She is an active member of the Rizalenos Librarians Association. She is adventurous and loves to play volleyball and computer games. “If you can dream it, you can do it” is her life motto. She envisions a library full of books, top of the line facilities, and improved electronic services. |

MRS. RAYLI P. MARTIN is the Person-in-Charge of the Circulation Section of URS Morong Library. She currently holds an Administrative Aide I position and has been in service for 11 years. She finished her Bachelor of Elementary Education at the Tomas Claudio Memorial College. “We encounter many defeats but we must not be defeated” is her life motto. She read books is her past time. She envisions having a separate library building to house a rich collection of printed resources with a fully equipped Electronic Resource Center. |
NIDA SC SALVIO |
NIDA SC SALVIO is the Person-in-Charge of the Periodical Section of URS Morong Library. She currently holds an Administrative Assistant III position and has been in service for 38 years. She finished her Bachelor of Science Major in Accounting at the Tomas Claudio Memorial College and her Master in Management at the University of Rizal System in 2002. She has been recognized as an Outstanding Employee in 2002. Before her assignment in the library, she was assigned as an accounting staff, secretary for the College of Engineering, and secretary of Production and Extension Offices. She enjoys dancing and lives by her life motto “Time is Gold”. |
JOSEFINO A. BELANO |
JOSEFINO A. BELANO is the library staff of URS Pililla Campus. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Banking and Finance at the Tomas Claudio Memorial College. He currently holds the Administrative Aide I position and has been in service for 10 years. He is also a military reserved officer and enjoys playing chess. "There is always a triumph over trials" is his life motto. He envisions a technologically -advanced library. |

ASST. PROF. EDITH N. SEDUTAN is the Campus Librarian of URS Rodriguez. She is a registered librarian and currently holds an Assistant Professor I position and has been in service for 6 years. She finished her Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Library Science at the Manuel L. Quezon University and conferred with a degree in Masters in Library and Information Science at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2011. She is an active member of the Philippine Librarians Association Inc. and the Rizalenos Librarians Association. She is into singing, dancing, cooking, planting, playing guitar, and ball games. “Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment” is her life motto. The hiring of qualified IT Staff and full implementation of library automation was among her development plans. |
ANNA GEFRELIZ P. ERPELO, RL |
MRS. ANNA GEFRELIZ P. ERPELO is the Campus Librarian of URS Tanay and the Chairperson of the Technical Group for the Enhanced Information technology and Online Library Services. She is a registered librarian and currently holds a College Librarian I position and has been in service for 5 years. She graduated Cum laude with the degree Bachelor of Library and Information Science at the University of Sto. Tomas in 2009 and landed 7th place in the Librarians Licensure Examination in the same year. She has ongoing research entitled “Customer Oriented Electronic Resource Center: Design, Development, and Implementation – Phase 1”. She is an active member of Philippine Librarians Association Inc., Philippine Association of Academic and Research Librarians, and Association of Special Libraries of the Philippines. She is into singing during her spare time. She envisions a library that offers collaborative and information technology-driven library services. |
MARLON J. ALQUIZA |
MARLON J. ALQUIZA is the Library IT Staff of URS Tanay. He is a Civil Service Professional Eligible and currently holds an Administrative Aide IV position and has been in service for 4 years. He graduated from AMA Computer College in 2012 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. He is the co-researcher of “Customer Oriented Electronic Resource Center: Design, Development, and Implementation – Phase 1. He likes to play computer and mobile games, watch movies, series, anime and Youtube videos and drive around his motorcycle. His life motto is to “Take another step”. He envisions a modern, automated and fully equipped library that can keep up with the progressing needs of the clients. |
CHERRY M. DAMLES,MLIS RL |
MRS. CHERRY M. DAMILES is the Campus Librarian of URS Taytay. She is a registered librarian and currently holds a College Librarian I position and has been in service for 14 years. She graduated with the degree Bachelor of Science in Information Management at the University of Rizal System Morong in 2005 and finished her Master in Library and Information Science at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2012. She is an active member of Philippine Librarians Association Inc., She plays volleyball and lives by her motto "Never give up, today is hard, tomorrow will be worse but the day after tomorrow will be sunshine". She envisions a more spacious library with a variety of quality collections in all formats. A well equipped virtual library that provides free access to information technology services. |
