MRS. ANNA MINIA LOURDES C. MARTINEZ is a registered librarian. She is currently holding a College Librarian III position and has been in service for 13 years. She was appointed as the University Librarian in concurrent capacity as Campus Librarian of URS Pililla.

She graduated Cum Laude from the Philippine Normal University-Manila with the degree Bachelor of Science in Education Major in Library Science in 2002. She finished her Master of Arts in Library and Information Science at the University of Perpetual Help System Biñan Laguna with the Best in Research Award.

She is the co-extensionist of PROJECT READ: Raising Enthusiastic and Active Dwellers which won 3rd place as Best Extension Program of the University in 2019. She is also the recipient of the Most Outstanding Staff Level 2 Category at the 2019 Annual PRAISE Awarding Ceremonies.

She is an active member of the Philippine Librarians Association Inc. and the Philippine Association of Academic and Research Librarians. She is into singing during her spare time.

She envisions to have technologically advanced/state of the art learning resource centers in all URS Campuses with recognized exemplary service delivery and highly competent and qualified library personnel. She is guided with the virtue of hard work, transparency, and honesty and with the verse of reaping what you sow.
