Dr. Florante J. Mercado, the Campus Director of URS Rodriguez, was honored with the Distinguished Administrator Award in the 19th URS PRAISE held at the Eulogio Amang Rodriguez Tanghalang Sining (EARTS), URS Morong, Morong, Rizal.
The Environmental Education and Biodiversity Research Center (EEBRC) was also hailed as the High Performing Center as a Hall of Famer this year, recognized for attaining its objectives for four consecutive years and making outstanding contributions relevant to its field.
Lastly, seven courses were recognized as the Top Performing Courses in Board and Other Government Examinations. These are Bachelor of Elementary Education and Bachelor of Secondary Education of Angono Campus; Bachelor of Elementary Education and Bachelor of Secondary Education, Cainta Campus; Bachelor of Elementary Education and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management, Tanay Campus; and Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Antipolo City Campus.
The award is given to a college/institute, which offers a regulated course where graduates pass the licensure examination given by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) or Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
