Justine Mei Pelgone from University of Rizal System – Rodriguez Campus and recent Miss Tourism Philippines 2022 Third Runner up was crowned Miss Celestial World 2023 on April 30.
The Miss Celestial World Pageant is the first virtual international pageant held via Google Meet in India.
From 21 countries down to the top 9, 6, and top 3, Pelgone, the Philippine representative, led the pageant.
