The University of Rizal System – Binangonan Campus successfully conducted its 24th Recognition Rites, marking a significant milestone in the academic journey of the Graduating Class of 2025 on June 10, 2026, at the CasimiroYnares Sr. Auditorium Binangonan, Rizal.
The ceremony formally commenced with the Academic Procession of faculty members, administrative staff, program heads, deans, and university officials, symbolizing the academic community’s collective commitment to excellence and service. This was followed by the solemn Entrance of Colors led by the URS ROTC Angono–Binangonan Unit, adding dignity and honor to the occasion.
The program proceeded with the attendees standing in unity for the Philippine National Anthem and the URS Hymn, both presented through a meaningful audiovisual tribute. Ms. Shane Erika M. Eblacas, President of the Graduating Class, led the recitation of the URS Vision, Mission, and Quality Policy, reaffirming the core values and institutional principles that guided the graduates throughout their academic journey.
Dr. Joanne S. Concepcion, Campus Director of URSB, delivered the Welcome Remarks, setting an inspiring and celebratory tone for the event. Her message highlighted the perseverance, dedication, and academic achievements of the graduating students. The ceremony was further enriched by messages from distinguished leaders, including Hon. Mayor Engr. Cesar M. Ynares, represented by Hon. Engr. Bienvenido Ojeda. Inspirational video messages were also delivered by University President Dr. Nancy T. Pascual, together with the URS Vice Presidents, Dr. Allan E. Conde, Dr. Marvin P. Amoin, and Dr. Marites M. Rio.
The 24th Recognition Rites served as a meaningful platform to honor academic excellence, leadership, and resilience, and to celebrate the unwavering spirit and accomplishments of the URSB Graduating Class of 2025. The event reflected the University of Rizal System’s continued commitment to nurturing competent, values-driven, and socially responsible graduates who are prepared to contribute positively to society.
