
Community Extension – Outreach 5, with the theme “Kaalaman at Kasanayan: Tugon sa Hamon ng Pagsulong at Pag-unlad sa Makabagong Panahon,” launched its series of sessions for 2026 with a good turnout through Google Meet.
For the first session on February 5, titled “Advance Editing: Creative and Captivating Infographics,” there were 277 participants. The second session, which was held on February 19 and titled “Rabies Awareness: Enhancing Knowledge and Initiative for Prevention,” recorded 365 participants.
The series is part of the larger Community Extension – Outreach 5 program, which is subtitled “Opportunities Within Reach for the Community Champions.” The program is the result of the achievements recorded in 2025, which included 5,662 beneficiaries, 19 evaluated completed projects, 22 partnerships, 33 ongoing projects, and 268 faculty extensionists since 2024.
