Seminar on Food Safety, License to Operate, Application Process and Product Registration Conducted

A Negosyo Center Business Counselor in the person of Ms. Leah Mae L. Clemente graced a Seminar on Food Safety, License to Operate, Application Process as well as Product Registration last January 27, 2023. The said learning event was actively participated by campus production heads, faculty and students. Dr. Leo C. Rio, Director, Production Services highlighted that the programmed activity aimed at strengthening awareness among concerned stakeholders and guiding the University Novelty and Innovative Items for Commercialization (UNIIC) Campus Proponents on their way to the development of food-related products for potential transfer and commercialization. A total of 98 participants actively engaged on the said event slated January 23, 2023, via Zoom Platform.
