The year 2023 was started with the Session 1 on Basic Principles and Prospects in Fish and Meat Processing of the OUTREACH 2: Opportunities Within Reach for the Community Champions For the University of Rizal System. With the aim to capacitate the stakeholders on specific areas of current concern; develop enhanced commitment of stakeholders in community development undertakings; strengthen collaborations among partner agencies; provide opportunities for exploring technologies and adoption of the same, and; ensure that community services are continuously extended to the beneficiaries, the university through the RDEP-Extension Services Unit implemented the series year round. OUTREACH 2 was held in collaboration with the ten (10) campuses and other units/agencies/organizations.
