On May 22-25, 2023, the URS-IPO Project 1C was honored to attend the Regional Agri-Aqua Innovation System Enhancement (RAISE) Year 2 Semi-Annual Review at Romblon State University, Odiogan, Romblon.
The event was attended by research project teams from well-known universities in Region IV such as Cavite State University (CvSU), Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU), Batangas State University (BatSU), Marinduque State College (MSU), Southern Luzon State University (SLSU), Romblon State University (RSU), University of Rizal System (URS), and Rizal Technological University (RTU).
Dr. Noel A. Catibog, Director of Technology Transfer and Promotion Division from PCAARRD, gave his message for this event, praising the SUCs for showing their proactive response and support for the event. The University President of RSU, Dr. Merian P. Catajay-Mani, and Dr. Teddy F. Tepora, RAISE Program Leader, also shared their encouraging insights that boosted the morale of the participants.
Ms. Danica B. Robles, Mr. Christan Russel L. Rones, and Mr. Ryan E. Guinto from the IP Team were the delegates of the University. They were able to share the major accomplishments done in Year 1 of the program as well as other deliverables needed for the year 2024.
