The URSM Laboratory School brought excitement to the campus with a lively Trick-or-Treat Party for the 60 Grades 1 to 3 pupils who visited various offices across the URS Morong campus, collecting treats and enjoying the event through a fun office-to-office visit on November 5, 2024.
Class Advisers Teacher Angela Nogpo, Teacher Erleen Luciano, and Teacher Shirley Vitor accompanied the 21 Grade 1, 19 Grade 2, and 20 Grade 3 learners.
“This Trick-or-Treat Party is a cherished yearly tradition that provides our young learners a safe and enjoyable celebration,” said Dr. Rosalie De Lemon, Principal of the URS Morong Campus Laboratory School.
The learners who participated wore adorable character costumes, adding to their excitement for the day. Before visiting each office, the students shared their enthusiasm. Grade 1 student Heren Louise Mina said, “I’m looking forward to having fun and visiting different offices.” Grade 2 student Krizberg De Rosas expressed, “I’m excited because it’s Trick-or-Treat Day, and I love candies!” Grade 3 student Katniss Jade Natividad commented, “I’m excited for the candies; it’s going to be a happy day!”
Thirty-four offices prepared and added joy to this event, namely: the President’s Office; Vice President for Research Development, Extension, and Production Office; Vice President for Academic Affairs Office; Vice President for Administration and Finance Office; Campus Director’s Office; Laboratory School Coordinators and Principal’s Offices, and Faculty Room; College of Education Dean’s Office and Faculty Room; College of Industrial Technology Dean’s Office and Faculty Room; College of Science Dean’s Office and Faculty Room; College of Engineering Dean’s Office and Faculty Room; Graduate School Dean’s Office; Accounting; Planning; Gender and Development Center; Admin Services; Budget; University Human Resource; Public Affairs; Registrar’s; Medical and Dental; Cashier’s; Student Development Services; Business Resource Generation; Curriculum and Instruction University Offices; and Procurement, Registrar’s, Human Resource, and Business Resource Generation Campus Offices.
The Trick-or-Treat Party brought joy to the young students and strengthened their connection with the URS Morong community, creating a fun and memorable experience for everyone involved.
