• An academic standing with a weighted average of 1.61 but does not have a grade not lower than 1.75
  
• An active member/leader of any two organizations as confirmed by the club president of the organizations/officers en banc in all years of the student life at URS.
  
• An exemplary character as confirmed by the instructors and absence of any derogatory record in the Office of Student Services.

LOYALTY AWARD
This award is given to a member of the graduating class who satisfies the following requirements.

• A residence of at least 12 years for two year courses and 14 years for four year degree courses
  
• A weighted average of not lower than 2.0
  
• An active member/leader of any 2 organizations; nature of participation should be certified by the Office of Student Services

DIGNITY AWARD
This award is granted to a member of the graduating class who best satisfies the following requirements:

• A weighted average of not lower than 2.5
  
• Worked under the Student Work Program for at least 1 year for two year courses and 3 years for degree courses immediately prior to graduation and certified by the personnel section chief -
  
• Worked in other companies outside the College for the same length of time and had submitted a certificate of employment from the employer
  
• If self-employed. A certificate should be obtained from the barangay captain of the student’s place of residence
  
• An active member/leader of any two organizations and certified by the club president and validated by the OSDS
  
• An exemplary character exhibited as worker and as a student

SERVICE AWARD
This award is given to a member of the graduating class who satisfies the following requirements:

• A weighted average of 2.25
  
• An exemplary contribution/participation in the different activities of the school or winning in regional/ national contests, conferences, seminars or positions held in community organizations, copies of certificates/ medals won should be submitted to the Office of Student Services
  
• An exemplary character as a student

OUTSTANDING STUDENT TEACHER AWARD
This award will be given to a student in the Institute of Education who has finished the course on Off-Campus Teaching obtaining a rating of 1.0 to 1.2 and has no grade lower than 2.2 in any of his/her subjects.

Basis:
Performance in Student Teaching (30%) + Weighted Average (70%) = 100%

OUTSTANDING STUDENT TRAINEE AWARD
This award will be given to any graduating student in the institutes who satisfies the following requirements:

• A weighted average of 1.8 or better
  
• No grade lower than 2.0
  
• Practicum grade not lower than 1.2
  
• An active member/leader of any two organizations certified by the club president or club officer en banc
  
• With exemplary character as student

PROFICIENCY AWARD
This award is given to any graduating student who satisfies the following requirements:

• Passed the trade test-third class license
  
• Has no grade lower than 2.0 in their major subjects
  
• An active member of at least two accredited student organizations as certified by the club advisers and Office of the Student Dev’t. Services
  

OUTSTANDING RESEARCH AWARD
This award will be given to any graduating student or a group of graduating students who will win in the University level in the Research Congress Awardee.

LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE AWARD
This award will be granted to any member of the graduating class who satisfies the requirements and who will qualify the following criteria:

Service 20%
Experience in the Seminars, workshops 10%
Personal Qualities 10%
Interview by the Committee 10%
