 Message from the President  I have the honor to share with you the milestones and accomplishments that our University has achieved in the first half of 2009. These achievements are truly historical and a joy to publish since most of these are clear indications that the University is slowly but surely becoming an excellent tertiary institution.Producing CPA board topnotchers, a scientific paper of a faculty being selected and published in international refereed journal, hosting the SUCTEA National Convention and students chosen to represent the country in international student forum are just some of the milestones that will be forever etched in our collective academic life experiences and memories. These precious moments will not be possible without the full support that the BOR has extended and continue to extend to the University. Hopefully, with these milestones, all the former, current and future students, faculty and staff of URS will continue to believe that our envisioned premier technology-driven higher education institution is within reach.
