CSC Dir Asilo Guests 2022 PRAISE

Director Nancy Bandolin-Asilo, Director II of the Civil Service Commission, Rizal Field Office is 17th URS PRAISE’s guest of honor and keynote speaker.

Director Asilo is the epitome of an outstanding public servant. She has served the Civil Service Commission Region IV in various capacities for more than 26 years commencing from September 1, 1996, as Accountant III to Senior Personnel Specialist and Chief Personnel Specialist before she rose to the rank of Director II.

Her education began from the elementary days at Pantoc Elementary School to the secondary level at Quirino High School, the tertiary level at the Philippine School of Business Administration (PSBA) in Quezon City, and culminated with her graduate degree of Master in Business Administration in 1999. She herself is Civil Service eligible in both Sub-professional (1986) and Professional (1988) levels.

She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the examination in the year 1989. Prior to her stint at the Civil Service Commission, she had served as a Researcher in the Quezon City government from 1988 to1991 and as a Revenue Officer I at the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) from 1991 to 1996. Her track record clearly showcases her heart for genuine public service.

Indeed, her active participation in various development interventions and training programs is a testament to her growth mindset and valuing of knowledge advancement. Untold to many, Director Asilo loves reading, running, and mountain climbing. She is also a member of the Handmaids of the Lord.
